The event was presided over by senior executives, with department heads and employee representatives in attendance. At the opening of the ceremony, the General Manager delivered an important speech, emphasizing that 5S management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) is a crucial initiative to strengthen foundational operations and boost efficiency. He called for full participation and unified commitment across the organization to ensure smooth project implementation. Subsequently, the project leader detailed the implementation plan, phased objectives, and evaluation criteria, announcing the formation of a dedicated task force to oversee execution.
