Today, Horizon has successfully implemented the MES system Yimo, the ERP system Kingdee and the data acquisition and machine networking system Yufeng. The interconnection of these three systems has established a real-time data collection system covering all elements, including products, personnel, production volumes and processes. During this digital transformation, the production efficiency of Horizon's mold base manufacturing has significantly improved. The company's equipment numerical control rate is expected to reach 100%, with 31 pieces of digitalized equipment, while the networking rate of production equipment has increased to 61.3%, with 19 pieces of equipment now connected.
