Introduce high-precision machining centers to ensure machining accuracy ≤0.02mm. Utilize advanced CAM systems to optimize tool paths and improve efficiency. Implement adaptive machining systems to compensate for tool wear and material deformation in real-time.


3.Strict Environmental Control

Establish a constant-temperature workshop with temperature control within ±2°C and equip it with an air purification system to ensure the stable processing environment for Horizon’s integrated die-casting mold frames.


4.Comprehensive Quality Monitoring

Achieve online dimensional monitoring and full-scale laser scanning inspections to ensure critical tolerances are controlled within ±0.02mm and cavity accuracy fully meets design requirements.


5.Systematic Skill Training

Enhance the team’s professional capabilities through P20 material processing training, digital simulation platforms, and skill certification systems, ensuring the manufacturing quality and delivery timelines of Horizon’s mold frames.
